I am a big believer in planning. But recently, life has taught me to also become a believer in adapting to change.

Like with all things in life, business is dynamic, and things are constantly changing. You can spend all the time you want planning for things, but you must also accept that things will certainly not always go your way.

It was also a result of a Mastermind group in Oxford. The group, called The Inklings, was composed of various great writers and poets like CS Lewis, JRR Tolkien, Charles Williams, and Owen Barfield.
