Customer was complaining of “rough gears” on close inspection the chain had been routed incorrectly by the previous mechanic and derailleur set up incorrectly for the size of sprocket. New chain and setup completed at the customers work. All sorted ✅

We also have a demo bike available to try. This gives you the opportunity to experience the Swytch kit before you commit. Almost all bikes are able to be converted and it’s half the price of buying an electric bike and they are super lightweight!
