Some thoughts on comparing re-entry and Covid-19 - I think more and more that those who have been expats in tough places can weather this storm a lot easier than others who have never had to cut back to the basics.
So far, lock down reminds me of living for 50 days below -15 Celsius and living through a revolution in Kyrgyzstan - we simply did without. But then also going through re-entry has turned our world upside down and we've had to navigate through that.
What in your re-entry or expat experience has prepared you for now?
