With 25,000 sq ft of office space, the Oxford Centre for Innovation can provide a home for up to 30 companies. Individual offices are available to accommodate from 1 to 25 people and customers benefit from a supportive community of start-up, high growth and entrepreneurial businesses. We also have a selection of conference and meeting rooms for up to 40 delegates, as well as workshops and storage
space available on flexible terms. Oxford itself provides an enticing mix of history, culture and innovation – it is home to two leading universities, surrounded by cutting edge science, and is often referred to as the UK’s hub of the knowledge economy. The centre neighbours the main shopping area, a variety of restaurants and bars, and tourist attractions, including Oxford University, Oxford Castle and the Ashmolean Museum, which are all within walking distance. Oxford benefits from its central location, being close to the M40 and M4 motorways, on the main train line between the south coast and the north, and just an hour away from London on the train. The centre is a 5 minute walk from Oxford train station and Gloucester Green bus station. The Oxford Centre for Innovation is managed by Oxford Innovation on behalf of The Oxford Trust, a charitable trust that encourages the pursuit of science and enterprise across the region.
