One thing I notice with a lot of small businesses is how easy it is for good opportunities to go quiet.
Someone asks for a quote.
A conversation starts about working together.
A potential client says they’ll “get back to you”.
Then life gets busy… and the follow-up never happens.
Often it’s not that the person wasn’t interested, it’s just that things moved on.
Small habits make a big difference here.
Sending quotes promptly.
Following up a few days later if you haven’t heard back.
Keeping client details organised so conversations don’t get lost.
Making sure invoices and emails go out when they should.
None of this is complicated but it’s often the difference between interest and actual work.
And sometimes having a bit of steady support behind the scenes simply helps keep these things moving.
If this is something your business could use a bit of support with, feel free to send me a message.
