Role:
• Provides administrative support to our Office Manager helping to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Be responsible for maintaining both weekly and monthly targets by the making of funding appointments and the chasing of paperwork.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Speaking with customers on the phone to make appointments and chase paperwork.
• Answering of the phone and taking appropriate messages when the office manager is unavailable.
• Be polite and professional at all times.
• Acknowledge and respond accordingly to emails received on a daily basis.
• Clock in and Clock out on a daily basis via the CRM System in the morning, when taking lunch and when leaving work for the day.
• Ensure at all times, our branded uniform is worn with appropriate smart casual trousers or skirt.

• Must have previous experience engaging with customers and making appointments over the telephone.
• Must be IT literate and have the ability to use Microsoft word and excel.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of GCSE English Grade C or above (or equivalent).
