Over the past few weeks, something new has been taking shape at Tom Woodward Learning.

Today, we’re ready to show it properly.

It’s a branching scenario builder that we call Verusiter.

It's designed to make it easier to create learning where decisions matter.

Too often, creating this kind of learning means choosing between something powerful but complex, something simple but limited, or something effective but expensive.

This has been built to sit in a different space. It's clear to use whilst being flexible enough to build meaningful scenarios. And it's focused on helping people think, not just click.

We've included some images with this post so you can see how it’s shaping up.

It's still evolving, still being refined, but we feel it's now at the point where it’s ready to be seen.

If you build learning and have ever wanted to make it more engaging, we’d be genuinely interested in your thoughts.

Something new is taking shape at Tom Woodward Learning.

Here’s a first look.

At its core, it’s a simple idea:
- A way to build learning that takes you places.
- Where choices lead somewhere different.
- Where people see the consequences of what they do.
- Where it feels less like a course…
..and more like an experience.

But just as important as what it does is how it feels to build with it.

Clear. Flexible. Focused on thinking, not wrestling with tools.

We're still refining; still testing.

But it’s now at the point where it’s starting to feel real.

Something’s been taking shape behind the scenes at Tom Woodward Learning.

Partly using AI. Partly not.

There’s a lot of noise at the moment about how quickly things can be built.

And it’s true - you can create something in a couple of days. But here’s the problem: most of those things are…fine.

They work. They look okay. But they don’t really change anything.

That’s not the standard we aspire to here.

The focus hasn’t been on building faster. It’s been on building something that helps move from ‘this will do’ to ‘this will actually make a difference’.

So instead of using AI to simply generate content it’s been used more like a partner: Shaping. Testing. Reworking. Always evolving.

But it’s starting to feel like something that could make creating genuinely engaging learning…a lot easier.

A bit NOT AI.
