1. Learning Design
This is a consulting service that we provide to a wide range of global organisations. We work with our clients to design engaging and effective learning programmes, events an
d activities that will help build appropriate skills or make desired behavioural changes. Our designs typically include experiential learning, an active learning approach that has been developed over the last 30 years and validated with some of the top business schools and organisations in the world.
2. Learning Tools
We design practical resources, games, activities and behavioural simulations that are used in our learning design work, and also supplied directly to HR departments, international business schools and other consulting practices. These tools can be used from entry graduate or new supervisor level, to executive development programmes, and have been validated in most cultures and languages.
