As we reflect on 2023, Rainbow HR stands out as a versatile and adaptable business, demonstrating resilience in the face of market changes. Throughout the year, we have accomplished a lot, and we are delighted to share a summary of our achievements.
At the outset of 2023, Fiona and Tom successfully concluded a major transformation project initiated mid-2022 for Hillingdon Borough Council. Tom spearheaded the recruitment side, while Fiona led the HR components. Following the project's completion in March, Fiona continued to contribute to large-scale transformational projects for the council.
Tom continued recruiting for a diverse range of roles across various sectors. From Office Managers to Interior Designers, Site Administrator to Strategic Account Director, and more, our expertise extends across roles with salaries ranging from £23,000 to over £100,000. Our commitment to being recruitment experts capable of handling any role in any sector enables us to support clients with diverse hiring needs, eliminating the need to engage multiple recruiters only specialising in single sectors

We have assisted numerous individuals in their job searches, offering support ranging from CV advice and interview preparation to coaching and job search assistance. This commitment extends to making introductions to facilitate hires, without charging the hiring business, showcasing our clients dedication to valuing individuals even after parting ways.
We also have a healthy stream of business undertaken by our wonderful consultants – from HR Consultants stepping in to assist with a complex project through to trainers and change experts - we can supply staff for short or long term needs.
In the latter part of the year, we undertook an interesting search assignment for a charity seeking a new Chief Executive within the Heritage sector. Despite being a new area for us, we delivered an outstanding shortlist within four weeks, enabling the charity to finalise this critical recruitment promptly.
While we acknowledge that we may not fill every role, our success rate exceeds 80%, all achieved on a contingent basis. Contrary to sceptics, we firmly believe in the effectiveness of contingent recruitment and have consistently delivered results for our clients.
