We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team in our busy office/trade counter setting. It is a full time role for a minimum duration of 12 months. The main purpose of the role is to process customer orders and assist with customer queries, working as part of the customer service department.
Key Duties
- Serve customers and process orders in busy trade counter area, over the phone and through internet channels
- Cash handling and payment processing
-Ensure all customer queries are dealt with quickly and professionally
- Liaise with staff and external hauliers to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered as planned
- Stock control duties including re-stocking shelves, stock ordering and stock taking
- General admin duties including filing, order entry, creating purchase orders, invoices and ordering materials
