We have loved seeing the IWD content over the last week and celebration of women from across all industries including our own events industry. From celebratory events to panel talks to award ceremonies, the industry has been buzzing with inspiration and recognition ⚡️

It is important that we keep this energy and focus throughout the year, not just for IWD, changes are in motion but there is still so much more we can do to empower, recognise, support and champion women in the industry and beyond 💛

Mary Beard puts it best in Women & Power: “true power isn’t something you have, it’s something you do” 💪💫
