We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the Inforgen team.

You'll be helping drive our customer services to a new level at Inforgen as we embark on an exciting new product launch.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our customers are looked after and receive the highest levels of service and support. We want customer satisfaction to drive everything we do.

Expected Daily Tasks:
- Investigating and analysing requests/issues raised by customers through the Helpdesk.
- Managing all communication around support tickets with customers, ensuring they are always kept informed.
- Testing and signing off changes raised by the Helpdesk.
- Ensuring that all recurring tasks are completed.

Inforgen is based in the stunning town of Peebles, in the Scottish Borders. There is potential for remote working for the right candidate.

We are looking for a hands-on team leader or senior test engineer to join our company and enhance our testing processes & procedures.

The ideal candidate will either have experience leading a test team or can demonstrate that they are ready for the step up to a senior/lead role.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a small test team working within an agile development methodology.
• Plan and design testing strategies and tests scripts for complex business solutions.
• Extending our automation test frameworks and coverage.
• End to end product & system testing.
• Ensure compliance with test requirements during development and release.
• Testing applications on both mobile devices and browsers.

Experience/Skills desired:

• ISTQB® certification at an Advanced level, or equivalent qualification
• A proven track record of testing software developments in a structured environment.
• Experienced in Agile software development methodology and release processes
• Experience - Building and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch
• Comfortable with at least once scripting/programming language
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and proficient in writing tests for them
• Experience of Jira and Confluence (preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• A good eye for UI/UX design
• Knowledge of coding best-practice standards (desirable)

We are recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our friendly team in Peebles.

This part time role will involve general bookkeeping, management accounts, payroll, VAT with regular client & supplier contact and to include some office admin duties. You will work closely with the management team.

Our ideal candidate will have proven bookkeeping experience and excellent knowledge of web-based accounting systems as well as Excel. Accounts preparation skills and basic VAT knowledge would also be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, hard working with excellent interpersonal skills and able to prioritise and organise workload with minimal supervision.
