Wrap up warm and stay safe this November while using fireworks. Fireworks are a class of low explosive pyrotechnic devices used for aesthetic and entertainment purposes.
The last fireworks report recorded nearly 1000 accidents were caused at this time of year, more than half were of children taken into A&E.
A sparkler can cause extensive burns to a small child.
Keep children safe a supervise sparklers and keep them a safe distance away from fireworks.

Keep safe this Autumn. As beautiful as this season is, it comes with its hazards. Falling leaves gather and start to decay causing slips or hiding trip hazards. Manage your entrances, exits and footpaths by keeping them clear.
Vehicles can also have less effective breaking as wheels skid on leaves like ice. So keep alert and reduce your speed.
