Thank you to the Creative Communities, Vale Economy and Vale of Glamorgan Council teams for supporting our journey to create a sustainable, close-to-home work hub in Penarth. Where people and companies can work as close to home as possible, in attractive work spaces, whilst being able to take advantage of everything Penarth has on offer before, during and after their working hours.
With the support of the Shared Prosperity Fund grant from the UK Government, our building has undergone significant renovations to enhance its environmental efficiency, tenant comfort and external appearance. As a result, we're now able to generate most of the electricity we use day-to-day ourselves on average, and on a nice sunny day we are totally net zero.
We were also really pleased with the support of Sarah Gore, Decarbonisation Adviser to Business Wales to help us measure the impact of the improvements to our building, so we could report back our findings with confidence.
To recognise the end of the Shared Prosperity Fund, a series of case study videos have been prepared, and we were one of the lucky ones to be featured. You can watch it below.
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
