🏞Whilst my current role is focused on digital and innovation, I recognise that not all great ideas come from our digital sages 💻. It’s helpful to step away from our tech tools and reconnect with the beauty and intuition of outdoor environments.

Lovely walk through Askham and the Lowther estate this morning.
I’ll be taking a break from these walks until September and will try to put a schedule together to give people more notice.

Just checking in ahead of tomorrow’s networking walk. We’re meeting in Askham, opposite the village store at 9.30.
The walk should take between 1 and 2 hours and the forecast is looking good.

Hope you’re all looking forward to the weekend.
A quick reminder that we’ll be meeting next Friday 12th July at Askham for a business networking walk. A good opportunity to meet new folk/businesses and enjoy some fresh air.
Meeting in the middle of the village, outside the shop, at 9.30am.

Sorry folks, unfortunately I have to postpone Friday’s walk. Car problems for both my wife and I. Great timing huh?
Rescheduled date is Friday 12th July. Same walk, starting at Askham.

For anyone wanting to join our walk on Friday, we’ll be meeting over the road from the village stores in Askham at 9.30 on Friday.
The forecast is a bit cooler, some wind and maybe some rain…..so back to normal then!
Dress accordingly and bring some water. The walk will be roughly 2 hrs and will take in some gradual hills.

Who’s up for a walk around the Askham/Lowther area on Friday morning?
Planning to meet in Askham village at 9.30am then take a leisurely walk around the local area. Walk time will be around two hours.

Hello all. Apologies for the lack of posts. My intention with the netwalking group was to meet other businesses and pick up more work.
Well work’s been so busy lately, I just haven’t had time to look at new dates.
However, our next date will be Friday 28th June in the Penrith area. I’ll post soon with a location and meeting time.

Lovely walk around Kendal this morning and really nice to meet some new people.
Enjoyed being guided by the local contingent and looking forward to our next outing in Kendal.

Last shout out for final numbers for Friday’s walk.
Below are details for anyone who’s interested.

26th April Kendal - 10am meet time.
We’ll meet at the North end of Goodeholme Park, where St George’s walk meets Castle St.
Grid ref - SD 51941 92929
What 3 words - shell.hails.winner
The walk will be low level, alongside the river and back past Kendal castle. It shouldn’t take any longer than 1-2 hours.
The walk is free of charge and just an opportunity for professionals to meet and network in the outdoors.

The last walk, in Keswick, was great. Nice to meet other business owners and trade stories about balancing business ownership with family life.
