We were on site with Parkdean Resorts this week, delivering operational inspection and maintenance training for their team 🛠️

Operational inspections are a legal requirement for ropes courses, carried out at least every three months by a competent person to identify structural deterioration that routine visual checks can miss. Our course equips experienced instructors and working-at-height professionals with the skills to carry out these inspections in line with regulations.

Our client needed a replacement for an existing wooden support pole and opted for a steel column as the best long-term solution.

The job was completed over two visits:
✅ Remove existing pole and install new concrete foundation
✅ Allow concrete to cure
✅ Return to install the new steel column

Using our own specialist plant and crane, we were able to complete the installation safely and efficiently, leaving the client with a robust, low maintenance solution built to last.

Back in January, our crew installed a brand‑new adventure course Parkdean Highfield and Parkdean Vauxhall, returning in March to deliver full staff training on the very courses we brought to life, completing the journey from build to hands‑on operation. It's already being put to fantastic use.
