⏳ Our August auction is closing soon!

There’s still time to explore an exceptional selection of wines from some of the world’s most celebrated producers, including standout bottles from Australia: Henschke Hill of Grace, the legendary single-vineyard Shiraz made from some of the country’s oldest vines, alongside a mature 1982 Penfolds Grange, Australia’s most iconic wine.

The auction also features Armand Rousseau Clos Saint-Jacques, one of Gevrey-Chambertin’s most celebrated Premier Crus and a particularly sought-after expression from one of Burgundy’s most prestigious producers.

From legendary Left Bank estates to the great names of the Right Bank, our August auction brings together more than 290 Bordeaux lots spanning five decades of some of the region’s most celebrated wines.

Among the highlights, discover five decades of Château Mouton-Rothschild, Château Lafite-Rothschild 1985, Château Margaux Pavillon Rouge 1995 and three bottles of Château Latour.

Italian wine takes centre stage in August’s auction 🇮🇹

This month’s selection brings together some of Italy’s most sought-after names, from the iconic Super Tuscans of Tuscany to the traditional Barolos of Piedmont. 🍷

🍷 Not all first releases become legends. Masseto did.

Featured in our July auction is a bottle of Masseto 1997 – one of the earliest vintages from Italy's most celebrated single-vineyard Merlot, and a rare opportunity to acquire a wine that helped redefine what Italian fine wine could be.

Born from a remarkable seven-hectare parcel of blue-grey clay soils in Bolgheri, Masseto was never intended to exist. Originally planted as part of the Ornellaia estate, legendary consultant André Tchelistcheff recognised that this unique vineyard was better suited to Merlot than Cabernet, leading to the creation of a wine unlike anything else in Tuscany.

At a time when Bordeaux varieties were still a bold experiment on the Tuscan coast, Masseto quickly established itself as one of Italy's most sought-after wines. Its combination of power, elegance and remarkable ageing potential has earned it a place among the world's greatest Merlots, with collectors eagerly pursuing its earliest releases.

A bottle from 1997 is especially significant. Produced during Masseto's formative years, it represents the estate before its global fame, dedicated winery and cult status. Three decades on, opportunities to acquire these early vintages have become increasingly scarce, making them a remarkable addition to any serious collection.
