The feedback will help us build a clearer picture of how well current support is meeting the needs of local businesses, identify any gaps or barriers, and shape future services so that businesses of all sizes and sectors can more easily access the help they need to start, grow and thrive locally.

Yesterday marked a fantastic morning of collaboration at our Tri-Chamber speed networking event. Hosted at the beautiful Murrayshall Country Estate it was brilliant to bring together members from the Perthshire, Dundee & Angus, and Fife Chambers of Commerce.

We had an absolute pleasure attending the Gala Dinner at the Treetops Restaurant this evening within the campus at UHI Perth. We were kindly invited by Chef Ype Van Der Schaaf to witness this "grande finale" to the academic year, and the entire experience was a credit to the department.

The talent on display from the students at UHI Perth is truly remarkable. It was inspiring to see these young professionals handle such a sophisticated menu—featuring highlights like the "Cheese & Onion" Parmesan custard and the Roasted Venison—with such poise and flair.

Watching the students work together to deliver a high-pressure final service was truly impressive.

Our Chief Executive, Lucy Weir, was blown away by the quality:

"The food and service were absolutely outstanding. It is clear that the training provided at UHI Perth is of the highest standard, preparing students perfectly for the demands of the industry. The future of our local hospitality industry is in very capable hands!"

The Chamber is proud to support such vocational excellence in Perthshire. Congratulations to all the students and the dedicated staff, on a successful final service! 🥂✨

What an incredible day yesterday at Perth Racecourse! We gathered for a fantastic hospitality networking event, connecting with familiar faces and forging new relationships against the backdrop of the track.

The atmosphere was electric, and whilst we reflect on yesterday, this feels like the perfect time to announce we are officially welcoming Perth Racecourse as the newest Platinum Partner of the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce! 🤝
