If you love Scottish fruit w**e, local markets, and a good blether, tomorrow’s your day.

We’re back at Perth Farmers' Market in the South Inch car park.
Rod will be there, ready for chat and ready to pour you a taste - because you can always try before you buy.
Market runs 9am–2pm, with alcohol from 10am.

If you’re heading up to the w**ery this weekend, you can jump on a tour at 12.30pm or 2.15pm. Walk‑ins are always welcome.
Just check in at the shop ten minutes before.
It’s relaxed, friendly, and a brilliant peek behind the scenes.

And if you’re feeling peckish or thirsty, The Pickled Peacock café has you covered with some of Scotland’s finest food and drinks.
Last food orders at 4pm.

The humble Gooseberry in all its glory - ours come from the wonderful people at Pittormie Fruit Farm just on the outskirts of Cupar.

Our still Gooseberry & Elderflower w**e has a beautiful crispness and subtle herbal notes that pair perfectly with pan-fried white fish or creamy seafood dishes. Because it lacks bubbles to cut through heavy oils, it excels at complementing the delicate, sweet flavors of lighter fish.

🍾 Serving Tips - Serve Chilled: Keep the bottle in the fridge for at least 2–3 hours before serving. Aim for around 8°C to 10°C so the crisp fruit flavors really pop.

Pouring: If you are cooking the fish yourself, splash a tiny splash of the w**e into your pan right at the end to deglaze it and tie the whole meal together.
