It’s day 3 of the ABAX UK takeover, and Jack here taking the wheel! 🚗💨

Recently I had a conversation with a client about company cars and tracking that comes up all the time:

💬 "My Director has a company car: is it always visible on the map, or can we hide it?"

It is a great question. The reality is that private mode isn't really a single button on our system. Instead, we give drivers direct control over their privacy with two key settings managed straight from the driver app:

1️⃣ Visible in map: By default, both company and private cars are always set to not be visible, and every single trip is treated as private. However, drivers can set the vehicle to be visible on the map during specific hours using the 'visible in map' setting.

2️⃣ Working hours: Drivers can easily set their trips to default to business trips during scheduled working hours using the 'working hours' setting.

Because both of these settings are managed directly by the driver via the app, your Director can drive with complete peace of mind, knowing they have full control over when their vehicle is visible. 🔒📍
