We are looking for someone that is interested in a part-time independent telesales role with us.

We work in the field of business sales, sometimes referred to as business brokerage (smaller deals) or Mergers & Acquisitions (larger deals). The majority of our clients are business owners that are looking to exit their business within the next 18 months, but we also work with business owners or individuals that are looking to buy a business. The coming years promise to be extremely exciting with some fantastic plans in the pipeline. We are friendly team and genuinely value work-life balance. You can work from our small office in Helpston or work from home.

Summary of the Role:
The role of Telesales Executive is to connect with business owners, gauge their appetite to engage in a conversation about a possible exit and arrange a meeting with one of our advisors.
Using our database you will have ample of data to use for cold-calling campaigns, but you will also use social media to identify potential opportunities, following up on these leads to book meetings.

Essential for the role:
Confidence to engage with senior decision makers over the phone and via email
An organised and methodical approach to work
Articulate and professional with a determined mindset
Robust enough to commit to 'time blocks' of cold calling
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Desirables for the role:
General business knowledge - but full training about our services and operations will be provided.
Sales experience in a professional sales environment

Job type:
The role is initially set-up as an independent contractor and the number of hours per week can be discussed. Depending on success, ambitions and desired personal development the role can evolve over time towards more hours and possibly a permanent position.
