๐ข๐Hays Travel Cruise Conference 2026 onboard Cunard Queen Anne๐งก๐ข
Hi everyone! Sarah here, I was lucky enough to spend four days onboard the Queen Anne last week attending the Hays Travel Cruise Conference and what a stunning ship she is ๐! Here are just a few of my highlights of the trip โจ
I was genuinely surprised by just how modern, relaxed and informal Queen Anne felt. Having perhaps expected something a little more traditional and formal from Cunard, I was delighted to discover a ship with a wonderfully contemporary feel ๐ฅฐ
I absolutely loved the modern dรฉcor throughout ๐ The interiors are stylish, elegant and beautifully designed, with a fresh, sophisticated look that feels luxurious without being stuffy ๐ There is a lovely atmosphere on board, and the whole ship feels welcoming and comfortable rather than overly formal ๐
I was really impressed with our Britannia balcony cabin. It felt modern, comfortable and surprisingly spacious with lots of storage. The bathroom was a real highlight for me ๐ช It was modern and roomy, with an excellent large shower. The Penhaligonโs toiletries were a lovely touch and added a little bit of luxury, while the fluffy towels, bathrobes and slippers made it feel even more special ๐ The balcony was lovely to have too, giving us space to sit, relax and enjoy the views whenever we fancied some fresh sea air ๐
There is a fabulous choice of dining available on board and surprisingly one of my favourites was the Artisan food hall ๐ฝ๏ธ What I particularly liked was how neat, tidy and well organised everything was. Rather than the usual buffet experience, it felt much more like a collection of individual food stations with everything served to you ๐ Many of the dishes are prepared and cooked to order, making the whole experience feel super fresh. There is plenty of choice throughout the day, from breakfast and lunch to dinner and even late-night bites ๐
I would definitely recommend treating yourself to Cunardโs afternoon tea experience ๐ซ It is all beautifully presented and served in the elegant Britannia Club Restaurant. Delicate finger sandwiches, dainty sweet treats, and freshly baked scones served with jam and clotted cream, delicious ๐ All washed down with a choice teas and perhaps a glass of cold fizz ๐ฅ
I really loved Queen Anne with her beautiful dรฉcor, excellent food, great entertainment and friendly service. The spa, pool areas and lovely public spaces all add to the experience. Overall, she offers a refreshing, informal take on the traditional Cunard cruise, and I would be delighted to sail on her again ๐ฅฐ Look out for my deal to follow.
