As my shopping habits particularly during the pandemic over the past 18 months have moved more towards the altar of the great "Amazon" this article from HRreview is particularly thought-provoking especially following the Uber ruling. Will treating Amazon delivery drivers as employees mean higher prices? Probably but surely it's the right thing to do?

Great news for women - wish this had been an option when I had my children. Now just need employers to consider men too and give them more than 2 weeks off so they can share this precious time. The CIPD found that over nine in 10 men (95 per cent) reported that workplace culture should be transformed to normalise men taking extended paternity leave.
