Hi
My name is James, my wife & I have a holiday rental called Tregona in Buckland Monachorum that we rent out via Sykes Cottages.

When we first started we used a cleaning company recommended by Sykes who regularly turned up with wrong sized sheets, no towels etc and never gave us any feedback over matters that might need attention.

We were pointed towards Kairos and have genuinely never regretted the move for 1 moment. Prompt, friendly, super efficient, completely on the ball with keeping an eye on matters (last weekend they advised us of a small crack in the loo seat and a slippery bit of decking) and even with the most grumpy review we’ve had recently the 1 star reviews were on all matters apart from cleanliness. They were grumpy because it rained heavily and they decided to leave early and wanted money back, hey ho.

We would happily recommend them to you as the most professional cleaners without any fear of them letting you down in any way, shape or form.

Following on from the other day where we asked our owners to write a testimonial for a potential client this week. What they sent has taken our breath away. This was the second.....

Quick introduction my name is Michelle Parry, I have been given your contact details from Gary Searl, Manager of Kairos Kleaners.

Gary asked me to contact you to offer a reference for Kairos Kleaners as you are considering them to manage your Airbnb.

We have a holiday cottage in Looe, Cornwall and Kairos Kleaners have been managing the housekeeping of our cottage since 2019.

Previous to having Kairos Kleaning on board I was having issues with reliable cleaners.

We live in the Midlands, not on site, and we needed to find a cleaning company who could offer us a service where we could be assured they had the capacity to deliver for all of our bookings and not let us down as we had been in the past.

When I contacted Shona Burnie (Karios Kleaners, founder) I really liked her 'can do attitude'. I confessed to her that I was exceptionally fussy of how I liked the cottage to be presented for our guests and was particular how I stored thing like bedding, towels etc. I asked if she could meet me at the cottage so we could discuss further and so I could show her around. She agreed to meet with me at short notice and on an evening!

When I met with Shona I knew straight away she was offering me more than a cleaning service. She had such a wealth of experience of managing holiday accommodation and whilst I thought my standards were high Shona's were higher.

She took on board all of my requests. I soon felt confident to 'let go of the reigns' and she organised the changeover process. Kairos Kleaning offer so much more that excellent cleaning services they go the extra mile for us, collecting pre ordered welcome packs from a local farm shop, arranging emergency repairs when we are unable too and generally problem solving on our behalf reducing the stress of not living locally.
