Jane Filby and Brian Moore share a total of well over fifty years of working in the advice and campaigning sectors, and have a proven track record of successful crisis, change and interim management in this ever-changing and challenging environment. They also have huge experience in undertaking independent research and evaluation of statutory and third-sector projects, their clients and their cust

omers. Past clients have included the Shelter Quality Team, Bournemouth Churches Housing Association, Trevi House Drug Rehabilitation, Plymouth Womens Aid, Teign Homes, Westcountry Housing Association, Exeter City Council, Linda Gilroy MP, Gloucestershire NHS Primary Care Trust, and the Devon Training Network. FilbyMoore Associates concluded a highly successful period of interim-management for Bournemouth Citizens Advice Bureau in May 2011, and are presently undertaking research work into health services for homeless people for Gloucestershire NHS Primary Care Trust.

PCH is in the throws of an "In-depth Assessment" by the Homes and Communities Agency and the meeting formed part of the process. On Thursday afternoon Jane joined members of Plymouth Community Homes' Board for a tour of two new-build homes that are fully wheelchair accessable. The three bedroomed properties in Plympton have lifts which were destruct tested by Elaine! The staff team explained the extensive work that went into developing the design and the project.
