🚨 ANNOUNCMENT🚨

Monday we will be having machine maintenance, we want the yard to operate to its highest standard.

There will be no steel tips until mid morning, non ferrous only!

So sorry for delays & closure but the heat keeps on hitting.

‼️🚨 Customer announcement ‼️🚨

Due to the heatwave forecast over the next two days, we will be open as normal, but the gates will be closed and opened by staff members ONLY, to operate at a manner, for the machines not to be put under great pressure, like we have experienced before!

If it does get too warm, and we are unable to operate to a high standard we will have to close!

ALSO dinner time we are closed 12-12:30 everyday,please try and avoid coming at these times!

Afternoon guys

After a rough week with machines not being able to cope with the weather, we have had a light bulb moment 💡
The yard was still successful running on a limited tip basis!

So, to break it down, we are piloting a new NM Metal Recycling, so here goes :-

Gates will close to regulate traffic

If any loads have excessive non metallics, they will be rejected, and not knocked! For example, dirt wood and plastic

Fridges are not acceptable in any shape or form!!

Anyone caught trying to get away with tipping material thats not been specified to staff, I:E irony in the Old Rolled bay, will be barred for LIFE!!!

We really, really value our loyal customers, and these rules will only effect 5% of you wonderful lot, but it's the 5% we want to lose!

As usual, we are better priced than anyone, and we pay quicker than anyone!

So if your scraps clean, then it's a no brainer, NM is still the place!!

Unfortunatley we have had to shut the gates again. Our machines can not handle the heat.

We will only be open the rest of the week by appointment only!
