Job weve been pottering about on this week inbetween other tasks

Tough f**ker but when the customer has paid for a TIDY, STRAIGHT, LEVEL, PLUMB job. You need to have the tools and consumables to hand to do just that.

The domestic time and fuel wasters register

I dont overcharge - i charge whats right for that job for me to put my name to a warranty.

I can price a 15k commercial job 180 mile away off a plan in my living room at 9 at night, what make people need to look at 2000 job is beyond me..

Phone cameras are high quality. You can stop. Pause. Zoom and see everything and i have every tool for this job from a 600LPM dirty water pump to a full site welding rig to make sure that jobs getting wrapped

Slowly if things go to plan over the next few month or so i am packing in doing gardens and will only do sites

I have a fair reputation now in the contract/subcontract world to rely on that type of work alone. We Go in mobhanded. Blast it with all boys on price. Have a week off etc and go again and thats how were gonna navigate from now on....

Over the years iv developed a very short fuse and i cant deal with contract hassle and normal consumer hassle aswell..... Iv been out to a lady early this morning who had a £1000 to spend on 13 bays of 6 foot concrete with waste away and im loosing the will to give people respect they deserve while there stupidity is syphoning my bank and £2 a litre in my tank

Gardens never was my end game but they had to be my start.

My end game is public sector fencing contracts across wakefield, leeds and sheffield councils and ill not stop until my names at top of here tender lists.

Along way to go but were chipping away nicely towards a foundation of trust as these things take years to cook 🤝⚒️

Tomorrow morning weve got an early start in northamptonshire on LIDL Corby just blasting Circa 150m knee rail @1.5 centre with an 100mm GB.

Client - Wakefield Council/Wakefield Sports Club

Project - Walton to Sandal Train station Right of Way Path

Task - Install 485LM 1.8 RAL 6005 V mesh, 2 x 4mw DL gates and 1 x 1mw SL gate to suite mesh

Client give us a 28 day mobilisation period from 13th of august and then 28 days to complete.

It took us 5 full site days and 5 half site days over duration of 29 days with supplier nightmares for 19 days that brung the job to a halt.

A Big Thankyou to AP for allowing me to price this job. The land/facility belongs to WMDC but the clubhouse is charity run so i have donated a few bottles of spirits to stick on the optics or raffle off at christmas from me personally
