About the Role
Ivy Care Services is a growing domiciliary care provider looking for a practical, organised Care Coordinator to support the daily running of our service.
This is a hands-on operational role combining rota coordination, administrative support, and covering urgent care calls when required. The goal of the role is to stabilise the day-to-day service so directors can focus on compliance, quality, and growth.
This position suits someone experienced in care who is confident organising rotas and willing to step out and support care delivery when necessary.

During your working hours you will:
• Manage and adjust staff rotas
• Coordinate cover for sickness and last-minute changes
• Communicate with care staff regarding schedules
• Maintain basic operational and incident records

Care delivery takes priority — administrative tasks are completed around real-time service needs.

• Ability to stay calm and practical under pressure
• Reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach
What We Offer

We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, and comfortable balancing organisation with hands-on care support when needed.
If you enjoy solving problems, supporting teams, and keeping services running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.
