Stag Security Limited is looking for professional and reliable Door Supervisors to join our growing team across South Wales.

📍 Location: South Wales
💷 Pay: £15.00 per hour (PAYE)

Role Overview:
As a Door Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at licensed venues and events. Responsibilities include managing venue access, checking identification where required, monitoring customer behaviour, responding to incidents professionally, and working closely with venue management and emergency services when necessary.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
✅ Excellent communication and conflict management skills
✅ Professional and reliable approach to work
✅ Availability to work evenings and weekends
