Sometimes, we need to sit and reflect on our life.
What are our priorities? I.e. family, business, health, lifestyle, self-development, mindset, spirituality, friendship, etc
It’s hard to prioritise as we tend to want to change but want to change everything at the same time.
Actually, by choosing one area of your life, it’s hard enough.
You need dedication, consistency, resilience and belief that those first hard months will pay off.
Commitment and perseverance is the key, and not listening to anybody else or even your “chatter” inner voice gives you excuses to give up.
It has been precisely just over one year that I have created a new routine: wake up + gym + cold shower + pray + work, and it was incredibly hard ( I’m not a morning person); some days, I didn’t feel like waking up, but I was determined to see results.
The results have been incredible for my physical and mental health, and I must say I feel much happier. My focus in life has changed, and I believe I have become a better person.
Now, I’m planning to adjust and create a new routine, and I know the steps and the challenges; I know it will be hard again, but at the same time, it will be worth it in the end.

The most crucial aspect is that once you shift your mindset, things get easier.
Hopefully, my experience can give you confidence that you can also change your life; it doesn’t matter in which way or even the size of the change, but just to move forward is incredible!
