Today, Sophie Cooke, our Supply Chain Manager, had the pleasure of attending a Pancake Day workshop hosted by our charity partner, The Dorset Children's Foundation.

The session focused on building cooking skills in a fun, hands-on way, with the children making their own pancakes from scratch.

Sophie said: "It was a brilliant reminder that inclusion isn’t just about being present, it’s about making participation possible. Seeing the children so engaged, proud of their creations, and fully involved in the experience was fantastic."

We’re incredibly proud to support a charity that goes above and beyond to remove barriers and create opportunities for children of all abilities.

A huge thank you to the team at The Dorset Children's Foundation for the warm welcome to Sophie, and for the amazing work they continue to do in our community.

Giving back locally is something we truly value as a company, especially at this time of year. 💚 🎄

Sian, Beth & Petrina were our final volunteers to head over to Hope for Food, spending time at their unit sorting food donations to help families in need this festive season.

We love supporting local charities and are proud of our team for giving their time to make a real difference in the community.

Every year, our fantastic employees support the Hope for Food Reverse Advent Calendar Appeal, an initiative where donated food items are used to create Christmas hampers for families in need 🎁❤️.

At Poole Bay Holdings, every team member gets one charity day a year, and last week our Innovation Team put theirs to great use! 💙

They headed out to Holes Bay to support the Surfers Against Sewage campaign with a community litter pick.

For over 30 years, Surfers Against Sewage has grown into one of the UK’s most successful marine conservation charities, and as a company based in beautiful Poole, Dorset, we know just how important it is to look after our coastline and oceans. 🌊

Despite the rain and cold, the team did a fantastic job and played their part in protecting the place we’re proud to call home. 👏

A big well done to everyone involved, we’re lucky to have such caring and committed people here at Poole Bay Holdings. 💚
