We are extremely proud to say that our hard work is paying off in amazing ways. The 2018/19 Qualification Achievement Rates (QAR) for all training institutions has recently been published and we have come out on top against our closest competitors with an overall success rate of 72.8%.

Considering the national average has dropped down to 64.7% this is a fantastic achievement and we thank everyone that has worked with us to help us get here. (We are also happy to add that we are outperforming some of our nearest competitors.)

Why is the QAR important?
The Qualification Achievement Rate is the governments measure of the success of the training courses a provider has delivered in the past year (Ofsted also use them as part of their inspection process.) Effectively, a high score is a strong assurance of a providers capability to deliver a high quality programme.

During these unprecedented and difficult times we want all of our Apprentices and Employers to know that we are here to support them throughout the Coronavirus outbreak.

Apprentices – whatever your current situation we want to assure you that our technology and online learning capabilities will still allow us to work flexibly with you through this time. We will ensure you have the support and tools you need to progress through your apprenticeship programme, no matter what you are currently facing.

Employers – like many organisations all of our employees are now working remotely, and all face to face meetings and assessments have been cancelled. Using our online learning systems, our dedicated staff remain one hundred percent committed in supporting all apprentices to remain engaged. We will work to ensure that they progress in their programmes, whether they are temporarily prevented from working or are working from home.

Our Training Specialists have been in contact with the businesses and apprentices they work closely with and they will continue to provide updates as and when we know more.

We are proud to announce that Kingswood have chosen us as their preferred partner. We will be delivering their Outdoor Activity Instructor Apprenticeship programme to new Apprentices this year. Kingswood run 1.2 million activity sessions annually which means our apprentices will be part of a team that welcomes over 165,000 young people from more than 35 countries around the world. FUNDED TRAINING WITH LOCOMOTIVATION

Locomotivation have recently been awarded £400,000 of Government funding to spend on the 'Skills Support for the Workforce' programme in Dorset.

This initiative is in partnership with Serco and co-financed by the ESFA and means we can offer funded training to employees within Dorset.

We are able to offer Diplomas, Certificates and Functional Skills as well as a selection of Online Courses.
