What a year so far and not even the start of the new school!!!

So other half diagnosed with RA ( her own immune system attacking its self. After 10months finally found something that has leveled it out instead of every day me watching the person I love disappear infront of my eyes.

Then decided f**k it lets book a wedding for August in gretna green!! Just us (people welcome but not expected)

Start transitioning with a little one for 10 weeks to come to us for ever.

Little one arrives and two days later told I need emergency surgery on my tennis elbow as tendon has ripped they need to repair it. Repair went very well, back to work with in 5/6 weeks (even tho way too fast but healing well) you have to do what u have to do when being self employed.

So school holidays a new little one, other half working 5-12pm, organizing a wedding and respite for our new little one (only one week as we are taking him on our honeymoon in April with us) couldn’t put him in for two weeks as not fair on his mental health and would rather him know he was coming home to us forever!!

Before anyone comments - we foster and cancelled our wedding a year ago (Vegas) due to reunification with mum and child. Of previous child we supported for 16months. This child had been in our full time care for 10 weeks before we got married and married 8hour drive away.

Little one went on holiday

We went away but phoned him all the time. Missed him so much.

Got married, to the women of my dreams,had the best day ever and we came home.

We love having our boy home as much as it has been hard these past 6 weeks with both working and health issues. But feels like we have come out the other side about to start a fresh as we go into a new year at school.

Boy u are going to smash it and we are so proud of u! You handle everything in your stride. Not daunted by anything. You are becoming a beautiful, polite young man and couldn’t wish for any more.

Another great use of space. Yes little bit restricted on top cabinet but still useable! Electrics and broadband put in 1st cabinet to get it out the way

Loved the transformation of this kitchen just before Xmas, the difference it has made is unreal.
Cupboards sprayed,
Tiles painted and worktops wrapped!!

Would like to wish everyone a very merry Xmas and happy new year when it comes. I can’t thank everyone for putting their trust in me this year and from the start. I can’t believe how things have turned out and that’s down to u guys.
