We’re getting our running shoes on in memory of our much-loved colleague Andrew who passed away unexpectedly in December.

This is a challenge for us, not least as, like Andrew, we all enjoy the biscuits, chocolate and other goodies that might hinder our run, but we’ll do it in style and with a smile πŸ˜€

Launching straight into 2025 on our EO journey!

We recently held our first full team gathering since becoming Employee Owned (EO) in December. This event kickstarted our journey with a 'Get to know your EOT board and Q & A session', a look at our agency plans for the next five years, as well as a review of a hugely successful 2024!

Our new Trust Board Directors (Chris Lawrenson, Andy Brown and Jayne Witheyman) were fantastic in helping the team understand more about their roles on the EOT Board by answering questions, chatting about the process and creating a great interactive session with Jen, Coda’s CEO, facilitating. One of our barketing assistants also joined in (sort of).

It’s an exciting time for Coda and we can’t wait to share our next updates with you so keep checking in and make sure to follow us.
