Building a successful restaurant is not easy and finding the right way is trial and error. In a recent interview I used the analogy that it’s like finding the perfect sound - mixing that perfect tune or finding that amazing beat. It requires hundreds of slight tweaks to the mixing desk to find your sound or in our world that perfect offering - where everything just clicks.

Every year the First Year Students come to the restaurant for a business run down and Q&A session with Andy Lennox

Then they come back in April with a proposal to pitch to us; The Dragon’s Den panel.
