ties, bow ties and pocket squares. I also offer an alterations service incase you have found your dream gown or outfit but the fit is not quite perfect. We hope that you love your purchase but if it doesn't live up to your expectations then please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will then reply to you with return instructions and return address. Upon receipt of your return we will send you a conformation email acknowledgement. Please make sure you send any returns back to us by recorded delivery and retain your proof of postage for your own peace of mind. We cannot be held responsible for postal losses. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card used within 30 days. Kimberley Stone Design will accept returns* and issue a refund or exchange on any item returned within 7 days of item(s) arriving to desired shipping address. Items must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging and in full resaleable condition in order for refund to be provided.
*Bespoke pieces by Kimberley Stone Design are NOT eligible for refunds or returns unless there is a fault with the item and we have been informed within 7 days of receiving item.
