💗 “The help has been fantastic” — Diana’s home help journey

Diana has been with Neways Home help for 3 months, after having a life changing situation and relocation which left her stranded without any support.

As someone who found it difficult asking for help, reaching out was a big step. So accepting our home help support was a successful achievement for Diana to regain her confidence and rehabilitation.

Diana says that the help has been fantastic with also receiving emotional support and a good old laugh. The helpers are very supportive as well as professional and down to earth. Management has also been very supportive. Diana is most fond of her regular helper David and looks forward to his visits.

Neways is helping Diana achieve her goal of returning to her hometown along side working with other agencies.

At Neways at home, we’re proud to have been part of Diana’s journey and to see her confidence grow. 💗
