This workout is an old favourite of mine. If you’d like to race me through the exercises you can find my full workout on my new YouTube channel Matt Harvey Personal Trainer.
It’s a fantastic test of strength and fitness, as well being really time efficient. I can promise if you push yourself to your max, 1 round will be more than enough to get a good sweat on and feel the burn all over the body.
The way it works-
300 reps in total

💪25 burpees
💪50 press ups
💪50 squats
💪50 sit ups
💪50 tricep dips
💪50 lunges (25 on each)
💪25 burpees

Before you start your first rep start the stopwatch and stop on your final rep of the last exercise (no pauses).
Quicker you complete the workout the better. But main thing here is don’t compromise form. You’re better off completing full reps with perfect posture and form, than rushing and losing the correct technique 👍

300 repetitions in the quickest time possible. No equipment needed, just your own bodyweight for resistance!

No class or Bootcamp this weekend so setting you guys this to complete instead.
Bodyweight and core workout if you don’t have access to a gym/any equipment.
Cardio and resistance if you’re able to make it to a gym.
You’re looking at between 15 and 30 minutes to complete one of them (could blast out both in 45 if you’re feeling extra motivated)
Give it a go and see how you get on💪

Here’s one for all you non football fans who end up watching the England match tonight.

Just make sure you don’t get in the way of the tele!!!

Every time the following happens, perform the exercise it’s paired with for 10 reps💪

See how far into the game you can get!

Throw in- 10 squats

Corner- 10 lunges

Foul- 10 press ups

Offside- 10 sit ups

Substitution- 10 press ups

GOAL- 10 burpees
