We had a very busy & successful 2025 here at Office Builders, so here’s our year in projects 🔨

Here’s to hoping for an even bigger and better 2026! 👏

Another transformation complete for our clients at St Mary’s for their admin area ✅

Before ◀️
What started as a busy, overworked space bursting at the seams from desks crammed together and equipment stacked wherever it would fit. To storage areas with overflowing with supplies, trolleys, boxes and everything in between.
With their staff to relocate and materials stacked high this needed plenty of planning and problem solving behind the scenes to make sure the project ran perfectly.

During⏳
Our team stripped everything back, including redundant drainage and damaged floorboards, sealed, insulated and walled in external loading doors, fitted new suspended ceilings, upgraded the lighting, fitted additional power trunking, prepped the walls and laid new flooring. This stage is always the messy bit 🤣

That doesn’t fly in a hospital though! So special care was taken to keep on top of dust and confine it to work area using tack mats, dust tents, and a good old fashioned clean work ethic from the team, they really did us proud.

After ⏩️
A brand new office area created and the existing areas transformed into clean, bright workspaces with new height adjustable desking, new flooring, fresh paint, power and data provision, improved lighting and a layout that actually supports productivity. The vibrant feature walls add a pop of personality and the whole room now feels intentionally designed.
