We had a very busy & successful 2025 here at Office Builders, so here’s our year in projects 🔨

Here’s to hoping for an even bigger and better 2026! 👏

Another transformation complete for our clients at St Mary’s for their admin area ✅

Before ◀️
What started as a busy, overworked space bursting at the seams from desks crammed together and equipment stacked wherever it would fit. To storage areas with overflowing with supplies, trolleys, boxes and everything in between.
With their staff to relocate and materials stacked high this needed plenty of planning and problem solving behind the scenes to make sure the project ran perfectly.

During⏳
Our team stripped everything back, including redundant drainage and damaged floorboards, sealed, insulated and walled in external loading doors, fitted new suspended ceilings, upgraded the lighting, fitted additional power trunking, prepped the walls and laid new flooring. This stage is always the messy bit 🤣

That doesn’t fly in a hospital though! So special care was taken to keep on top of dust and confine it to work area using tack mats, dust tents, and a good old fashioned clean work ethic from the team, they really did us proud.

After ⏩️
A brand new office area created and the existing areas transformed into clean, bright workspaces with new height adjustable desking, new flooring, fresh paint, power and data provision, improved lighting and a layout that actually supports productivity. The vibrant feature walls add a pop of personality and the whole room now feels intentionally designed.

Another exciting project we just completed over at in Salisbury.

The project was to refurb 9 kitchens at their Halls of Residence.

From tired and outdated… ➡️ to fresh, modern and practical.

Before - The kitchens were showing years of student life, worn units, dated layouts, and fixtures in need of replacement.

During - Our team on site carefully stripping out the old, upgrading utilities, and installing brand-new fittings.

After - Sleek new kitchens with modern units, durable worktops, refreshed layouts, and a clean, professional finish ready for the next intake of students.

This project was all about functionality + durability while giving the halls a fresh look that students will enjoy day-to-day.

Another full fit out completed for our client ✨

Before, the space was a blank canvas, needing new layouts, partitions, and finishes to transform it into a much more modern working environment.

Our team got to work installing new partition walls & glass meeting rooms. Every detail was managed on-site. From ceilings and lighting to door hardware and flooring.

The result is a bright, professional office space complete with collaborative zones, private meeting rooms, and sleek finishes throughout.

A workplace designed for productivity, comfort, and growth.

When we first arrived, the space was an empty open room and let’s just say the team already had someone catching up on their sleep (can you spot who we mean in the pictures? 🤭).

The brief was simple;
✨ To create a private and functional workspace while keeping the open airy feel of the room.

We installed a half glazed partition system which has given the team the privacy they needed without losing natural light.
We finished off with frosted branding and clean aluminium framing to give a professional & modern finish.
