Women’s equality isn’t just a conversation for one day.
We’re looking at what’s happening behind the headlines — including the evolving requirements around gender pay gap reporting and action plans.
For organisations with 250+ employees, gender pay gap reporting is already a requirement. And from spring 2027, gender pay gap action plans are expected to become mandatory, subject to legislation.
But for us, equality at work is about more than ticking a reporting box.
It’s about looking at your processes, progression, recruitment, pay, flexibility and workplace culture — and asking whether they genuinely give everyone the same opportunity to thrive.
Because meaningful change doesn’t happen through a policy sitting in a folder, it happens when organisations understand the issues, take action and keep the conversation going.
