Since late April, Teale has been working for Ecofficiency Ltd and HB Tunnelling LTD to remove excavated materials from the Fleetwood Shafts Improvement works, delivered by world-class infrastructure company Murphy Group as part of a major investment in a stronger wastewater network for Rossall.

Each load leaving site is put back to work — routed for suitable restoration, or processed at our extensive Kingscourt Recycling Centre in Poulton-le-Fylde.

Major infrastructure demands a smarter approach to excavated materials.
This is what it looks like. We are very proud of our team and also to be a small part of this project.

Clearing a site? We'll take the lot.

Inert and non-hazardous soils, hardcore, concrete, brick, tarmac and as-dug ballast. If it comes out of the ground, Teale can move it.

Everything that leaves your site comes back to ours. It's crushed, screened and washed through our own C&D plant, then goes back out as certified recycled aggregate.

Big kit update at the yard. A CASE 821G wheeled loading shovel, CASE CX210E-S excavator and a beautiful new Scania XT tipper are keeping the cycle moving.

Once recovered materials are segregated, shredded, crushed, screened and washed, our excavator loads our plants to create aggregates, topsoil, RDF and more. Then it's over to the loading shovel to load the new truck, ready to deliver top quality products back out to site💪.
