Good to see my Business Model Canvas picked up – thanks PNG Digital.
But let’s be honest…
Most businesses don’t have a strategy.
They have activity.
Busy teams.
Full diaries.
Constant firefighting.

Growth doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from designing better.
– Where is your real margin?
– Which customers actually drive value?
