Tribunals in some regions are setting hearings into 2029!

Receiving an ACAS letter doesn't need you to panic:-
It needs me to help you understand the process, give you peace of mind and help you deal with it quickly, appropriately and most essentially, cost effectively.

Tribunals are backlogged and an ACAS letter is potentially only the start of the process.

ARE YOU READY FOR JANUARY 2027?

One of the biggest changes with the Employment Rights Act is the changes to the time frame for ordinary unfair dismissal rights. Currently employees need 2 years service. From January 2027, they will only need 6 months.

That clock is already ticking so anyone taken on now only has until January 2027 before they have those rights.
