Manchester artist Nick Hamilton , unveils a striking new artwork titled "AI" in Manchester's Northern Quarter.

Featuring a skateboarding girl with disfigured hands and feet, Hamilton's masterpiece brings the conversation of AI to the streets.

Not only is the artwork visually captivating, but it also serves as a metaphor for AI's imperfections and potential missteps.

This piece, a testament to Hamilton's creative genius, is a "genuine attempt at recreating AI imperfections".

It reminds us that AI is a continuous work in progress and its application can sometimes yield unexpected results.

So, what does this mean for us in the sales and marketing industry, and how can we navigate these AI "imperfections"?

Stay tuned to explore the intersection of art, technology, and business!

Are you a 'secret cyborg'? Have you found ways to work smarter using AI, but hesitant to tell your boss about it?

Interesting fact: 85% of professionals already leverage AI tools to enhance their productivity. But they're often silent about it.

Wharton Professor Ethan Mollick refers to this as the "Do I Tell My Boss About AI" Dilemma.

According to Prof. Mollick, "Much of the value of AI use comes from people not knowing you are using it."

Sounds a bit like a secret hiking trail you're hesitant to share, doesn't it?

Many employees are finding innovative ways to harness AI, streamlining tasks, and automating parts of their roles.

You might be one of them.

Unfortunately, not everyone feels comfortable sharing these discoveries.

Fear of policy violations, the belief in the added value of AI-use secrecy, and concerns over job security tend to keep 'cyborgs' in the shadows.

The question is, how can organisations benefit from the same productivity enhancements employees are enjoying on an individual level?

Mollick suggests a three-part strategy:

Acknowledge - Understand that employees across the organization can contribute to the AI agenda. AI skill isn't confined to specific roles.

Reassure - Assure workers that they won't face repercussions for utilizing AI. Cultivating an environment of psychological safety is key.

Reward - Incentivize those who share AI solutions that bring benefits to the entire business. Recognition and rewards can encourage openness.

Here at the AI Leadership Lab Meetup Group, we aim to tackle this very dilemma. We want to bring AI use into the open, turn 'secret cyborgs' into AI pioneers, and leverage these insights for the success of organisations in the North West of England.

This silent revolution is happening right here in the North West!

Join us today and be a part of this exciting journey! AI is not the future, it's the now, and together we can make it work for us.

At the North West AI and ChatGPT User Group Group, we aim to change the narrative. We empower leaders at all levels to navigate the world of artificial intelligence successfully.

Together, we explore the strategic implementation of AI in organisations, sharing real-life case studies of successful AI implementations, and uncovering best practices for integrating AI into existing workflows.

Remember, the future of work is no longer a distant reality. It's here.

And it's time to bring the 'secret cyborgs' into the spotlight.

Unlock the potential of AI in your workflow! During our recent webinar, 'Adopt AI in your business now!', Chris from Biotech Films asked an important question about leveraging AI for workflow integration.

Our co-founder, Tom Heubner, highlighted the power of AI to automate repetitive tasks, fuel creativity, and generate unique ideas that may otherwise go unnoticed. He emphasized that while tools like PICTORY, Synthesia, and Deep Brain can be used to enhance content creation, it's essential to fine-tune the AI output to truly make it your own.

Here are some insights from his answer:

✅ Identify areas for AI application: Start by recognizing where manual-intensive, repetitive tasks exist in your workflow, and consider employing AI to automate these.

✅ Harness AI for idea generation: AI technologies can lead to unique, innovative ideas that might not be traditionally considered in your industry.

✅ Utilize specific tools: Look into AI technologies such as PICTORY, Synthesia, and Deep Brain for content creation and media production.

✅ Customize your AI output: While AI can do a lot of the groundwork, it's critical to fine-tune the output, making it distinctively yours and thereby adding value.

Balance AI and human effort: Remember, even though AI can significantly enhance efficiency, human involvement is necessary to guide its usage and tweak its outputs.

✅ Explore, experiment, and learn: Stay open to the evolving AI landscape and continuously explore new tools and processes that can further optimize your workflow.

How can a news media website use AI to increase traffic? A question Gary Lewis Cheetham tackled in our recent live expert Q&A, "Adopt AI in Your Business Now."

SEO expert Gary's response was eye-opening.

He suggested using AI models like GPT-3 to automate content creation.

Google hasn't penalized AI generated content yet.

Their focus remains on tackling poor quality content.

The strategy? Embrace both quantity and quality.

Generate as much content as you can - 1000, 2000 posts a day!

But remember, it's a cat and mouse game with search engines.

Google may soon introduce generative results, changing the landscape drastically.

What's the safeguard? Stick to SEO principles of EAT - Expertise, Authority, Trustworthiness.

Build a robust personal brand.

Establish topical authority within your niche.

The result? A potential boost in your web traffic.

Wondering how copyright laws apply to AI-generated content? 💼 Our co-founder, Ross Heubner, addresses this intriguing question in our latest webinar clip. P.S - our AI user group meetup on 29th June in Preston is now FREE to attend!

In layman's terms, generally, computer-created content like images or text can't be copyrighted – imagine it like a melody whistled by the wind, who would you credit?

However, it gets more complex when AI models mimic an artist's unique style. In that case, the original artist can potentially lay a copyright claim.

To complicate things further, creators have the right to prevent their work from being used as 'training data' for AI. Think of it like opting out of being an art tutor for machines.

Looking to protect your AI-produced work? Ross recommends adding a human touch! By modifying the AI-created content, you might be able to claim copyright – a bit like putting your own spin on a recipe you found online.

However, we're navigating uncharted waters here, the rules aren't clear cut. Professional advice is key until the legal landscape evolves.

Our discussions aim to demystify these complexities - you don't need a law degree or an IT background to join us! Watch this clip for more or stay tuned for further discussions.
