Why do so many businesses choose to become part of BNI?

For many, it starts with a desire to grow their business. What often surprises them is the strength of the network they build along the way.

A recent meeting at BNI Infinity gave members the opportunity to learn more about an industry many of us know very little about 👏

The chapter heard from Shaun Buck of Smart Laundry NW, who shared an insight into the laundry and dry cleaning sector and the wide range of services available to both domestic and commercial customers.

One of the highlights was a quiz at the end of the presentation, which quickly revealed that most people knew far less about the industry than they thought 😄

That’s one of the benefits of being part of a BNI chapter. The more members understand each other's businesses, the better equipped they are to spot opportunities, identify referrals and make introductions.

A recent meeting at BNI Brunch was followed by a chapter social, with members taking the opportunity to continue conversations outside the meeting room 🍻

Whilst the weekly meetings are where businesses learn more about each other and opportunities are shared, time spent together outside of the room plays an important part too.

It’s often where members get to know each other better, strengthen relationships and enjoy each other's company away from the usual business conversations.

That balance of business, support and community is one of the reasons so many members stay involved for years.
