Today was my monthly visit to in the gorgeous Cuvee in Princes Square, Glasgow, a fab venue but even more special is the people who come along. The energy in the room today was just beautiful and it was so good to catch up with so many of the members. A big shout out to who was doing the event today without our gal and she did an amazing job. A very insipiring and insightful talk from , who I got the pleasure to meet afterwards and she was just so lovely. I always come away from my POI morning feeling refreshed and uplifted. Yesterday I did a thing, I completed my first sprint triathlon 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

As I turn 55 next week, this feels extra special.

It wasn’t easy, and I definitely had moments of doubt, but I kept going and crossing that finish line made it all worth it.

A reminder that it’s never too late to challenge yourself and try something new.

Feeling proud… and a little inspired for what’s next.
