🚨 Red Weather Warning: Storm Eowyn 🚨

With Storm Eowyn bringing severe weather and the potential for power cuts, here’s a quick tip about food safety: If your power goes out, keep fridge and freezer doors closed as much as possible. A closed fridge will keep food cold for about 4 hours, and a full freezer for up to 48 hours.

Stay safe, everyone, and take care during the storm!

I’ve been a little quiet recently, but that’s because something truly amazing happened just before Christmas! 🎄✨

The photo below is 17-year-old me, hard at work on my Advanced Higher Geography portfolio, hoping it would one day lead me to my dream job. Well, fast forward to today, and I’m thrilled to share that I was offered that job just before Christmas! 🎉

💼 What does this mean for SafeServe?
SafeServe has been my passion, and I’ve worked tirelessly to build it into the award-winning business it is today 🏆💪. While this new opportunity means some changes, SafeServe will absolutely still be here! From now on, we’ll focus on providing our services on Saturdays and Sundays.

Back in Action and Proud to Support Quality!

After a few challenging weeks recovering from Covid, I was thrilled to be back in the field today, doing what I’m passionate about—helping businesses maintain top-tier food safety standards.

Today’s visit was a second audit for The View @ Monktonhill, part of the food safety package we’ve put in place. I’ve designed these packages to go above and beyond by scheduling audits more frequently than standard Environmental Health Officer inspections, ensuring that every kitchen stays at its best.

With the festive season fast approaching, this was the perfect moment to check in and make sure everything is prepped for a safe and joyful Christmas celebration.
