I can’t tell you how many times I’ve failed…

More time than I care to think about and, if I’m honest, more times that I probably admit.

Every time I fail, I have a choice… I either QUIT - completely throw the towel in and vow never to entertain that idea again…

OR

I pick myself up, dust myself down, remind myself what a badass business woman I really am and I GO AT IT AGAIN!!! This time with experience and the knowledge of why last time failed.

A Sunday well spent…

How do you guys like to spend your Sundays?

Mine are all about family time and relaxing however, I find my week runs so much smoother when I spend an hour scheduling and planning the week, be it social media, appointments etc.

Just 1 hour of my Sunday, (usually when we’re on the sofa and Monster High is playing for the millionth time) sets me up for a pretty stress free week 🥰🥰

I think that is one of the most powerful things I have ever heard since working in the Aesthetics industry…

So why are we seeing so many practitioners not continuing their personal development? Especially when education can be so accessible!

After speaking with different practitioners, the main reason for people not continually progressing their knowledge and skill was COST!
