For various reasons we are having to make a few changes at Wild Sussex and we’re sorry to say that the shop will now only be open on the first Saturday of every month.

We’ve had so much support from all of you over the years and have made many friends so do put these dates in your diary as we’d love to continue seeing you.

And do subscribe via our website https://wildsussex.co.uk so that we can keep you updated on plans for our Christmas pop-up weekend (and other events). We’ll also keep you updated here.

Things may change in the future, but until then support all your fabulous local craftspeople by popping by when you can.

Thanks to everyone for your support this year, especially over what would normally be our busy festive season! We miss you all! But do take a little look at our online shop, we're doing deliveries up until Christmas eve. Lots of lovely, unique gifts still available. 🎄

While the shop is closed we are still able to supply some of our lovely, locally-made craft online for local delivery.

A message to our supporters: Our Saturday shop is now closed until further notice. However, we will be offering a scaled-down delivery service to the local community for as long as possible. If you live within a 5-mile radius of the shop you can order logs, pea sticks, bean rods and a limited number of fresh fruit/veg boxes. Full details online. We have managed to secure a limited number of locally sourced fresh fruit and veg boxes from the wonderful people at Pale Green Dot. If you know of anyone who is isolating and needs help locally please let them know that we can deliver a box to their door. Delivery of a box of locally sourced fresh....

Thanks so much to all of our lovely customers who enjoyed a mince pie, mulled apple juice or toasted marshmallow over the last few weeks and helped us raise £75 for East Sussex WRAS. We'll be open tomorrow (Saturday) 9-5 if you fancy getting out and about.

Christmas at Wild Sussex - we look forward to seeing you all again this year. We'll be fully stocked with interesting, local craft and produce and greenery.

We'll be open Fridays and Saturdays this year, but please note we'll not be open on Sundays.

We've also made the difficult decision to not sell Christmas trees this year, but we can point you in the right direction for some lovely locally grown trees at Bignor Park.

We're really looking forward to our collaboration with The Herb Kitchen on NamaYasai Farm on 26th October. They have a fantastic menu planned (see details in link) incorporating loads of produce picked straight from the farm. A few years ago we did the catering for Sarah and Graeme's wedding. It was the first wedding we'd done. It poured with rain in the afternoon and we were petrified (cooking three courses outside over fire)! But they couldn't have been nicer and it was incredibly beautiful! Great memories.
