A great evening in London on Tuesday! 🪵

Members of the DHH team attended the latest Plywood Club of London event, hosted by EGGER at their impressive Clerkenwell showroom.

It was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about EGGER's building and decorative product ranges, explore where different areas of our industry overlap, and catch up with familiar faces from across the trade.

A big thank you to EGGER for hosting and to the Plywood Club of London for organising another great evening! 👏

⚽ A great night at Wembley!

Yesterday, some of the DHH team swapped plywood for football as they headed to Wembley to watch England take on the Czech Republic. 🏟️⚽

A huge thank you to the team at MEDITE for the invitation with an amazing view of the action from the Centre Circle.

A brilliant evening, great company and certainly not a bad way to spend a Tuesday night!

Thanks again, MEDITE, for having us! 👏

Yesterday, we attended the Women in Timber event 🌳💗

It was a fantastic day hearing from women across the trade as they shared their experiences, career journeys and inspiring stories.

A great opportunity to connect, learn and celebrate the women making their mark across the timber industry.

A fantastic evening in Cambridge! 🥂

Last night, members of the DHH team had the pleasure of attending the East Anglian Timber Trade Association Annual Dinner.

A brilliant evening at a fantastic venue, with great food, excellent company and plenty of opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues from across the timber trade.

Events like these are always a highlight in the industry calendar, bringing everyone together away from the day-to-day.

Thank you to EATTA for hosting another memorable evening – we’re already looking forward to the next one! 🍷

🏆 In case you haven’t heard… (we may have mentioned it once or twice!)

Last week was a brilliant one for DHH Panel Products, as we came away from the Timber Trades Journal (TTJ) Awards 2026 with not one, but two awards! 🎉

🏆 Panels Trader of the Year 2026 for DHH Panel Products
🏆 Career Development Award – Under 25 for our very own Amelia Matthews (Née Hollington)

We’re incredibly proud of both achievements. They reflect the hard work of the whole DHH team, as well as the continued support of our customers and suppliers.

We’ve put together a short news article looking back at the day, what the awards mean to us and why 2026 is proving to be such an exciting year for DHH.

👉 Read the full story on our website.

And yes… we promise we’ll stop talking about it eventually. 😉

What a Friday! 🏆🎉

Last Friday was a brilliant afternoon for DHH at the TTJ Awards, where we were proud to be named Panels Trader of the Year 2026!

A huge thank you to all of our customers who voted for us, and to the whole DHH team for their continued hard work and support. 💙

It was also a fantastic afternoon for Amelia Matthews, who received the Career Development Award (Under 25) in recognition of her work across sustainability, compliance, social media and product marketing. 🏆

We’ve achieved a lot over the past few years, and it’s great to see the progress we’re making being recognised by our customers and across the industry.

A great evening at the Plywood Club of London last night! 👏

Our MD, Ben Francis, gave a talk on “The Changing Faces of Birch Plywood”, looking at the ongoing issues surrounding suspicious origin birch plywood and the challenges this presents for our industry. 🌳

There was a great turnout and some really engaging discussion, with plenty of comments from the room.

Thanks to the Plywood Club of London for having us! 🙌

Yesterday, some of the DHH team headed off to TDUK’s Timber Regulations & Compliance Day 🌳📚

A really useful day covering the latest updates on timber regulations, responsible sourcing and compliance, with plenty of interesting discussions along the way.

With regulations constantly changing, keeping up to date is a big part of what we do at DHH. Always good to get out, learn something new and catch up with others in the industry too! 👏

Thanks Timber Development UK for another great day! 🌳

🔥 Fire Extinguisher Training at DHH & Decor

Today, members of the DHH Panel Products and Decor Solutions teams took part in practical fire extinguisher training, learning how to safely and effectively use different types of extinguishers in the event of an emergency.

A useful hands-on session and an important part of making sure our team has the knowledge and confidence to respond safely should the need ever arise.

A big thank you to everyone involved in today’s training! 🔥🧯
